When smart wanted to raise awareness for going all electric, we literally electrified the car models, creating the Electric Symphony.

A step this big deserved an equally big kick-off: Using four high-voltage coils with 1.5 million volts, we turned the cars into electric instruments resulting in a fascinating live performance at the Berlin Festival of Lights.

Music artist Chris Bekker controlled the cars via a mixing console, changing the sound of the lighting strikes by moving the cars – composing a unique song with the smart electric drive.
